Ownership: All core technology, intellectual property (IP), and the DAQ-C Method are owned exclusively by Bedrok Media LLC, our US parent company.

Legal Entities: Bedrok Services Australia (based in Queensland) provides your local services, including sales, support, and compliance. Bedrok Media USA owns and operates the global technology and IP. The two entities operate under arm's-length commercial agreements to ensure independence and compliance.

Your Agreement: Your primary service contract is with Bedrok Media LLC for phone calls delivered. Bedrok Australia handles local sales, account management, and ongoing compliance oversight to make sure everything aligns with Australian laws.

Billing & Tax: All invoices are issued by Bedrok Media LLC. We don't charge tax on supplies from the USA. This means there's a reverse charge calculation on your tax return, but it's easy and normal for your accountant to do. 

Vetted Partners: We partner only with licensed, insured, and ABN-registered Australian operators who meet our strict operational and ethical standards.

Liability Protection: Bedrok Media LLC provides technology and media services only and does not assume responsibility for your business operations. As our partner, you remain fully responsible for your own service delivery, licensing, customer contracts, and compliance with relevant laws.
